We need a comprehensive study of Federal Expenditures to determine the constitutionality of each and every one as laid out in Article I, Section 8 of the United States Constitution.  Once that report is complete, we must exert our Tenth Amendment rights.  I understand the magnitude of this and that there have been challenges before, but never before has our Federal Government been so derelict in its duty, placing burdens of debts upon our grandchildren's'  grandchildren.  The most recent Federal budget released will triple the Federal deficit in the next ten years and by the end of this decade we will be paying $800 billion in interest!  We must use the authority granted to the state by the United States Constitution to remove the burden that is holding back the citizens of Arizona.
