We need a review of the Arizona Revised Statutes removing those that take governance to the level of micromanagement.  If you don't believe me please visit http://www.azleg.state.az.us/ArizonaRevisedStatutes.asp , our Legislature has proposed just under 1200 bills in this session alone, over 900 by Republicans.  My success at the Capitol will be based on how many statutes I can get removed as opposed to how many I can add.
